Riding is passion. If you want to practice your hobby on holiday and discover the home of the fruit wine barons on the back of a horse... the Kromoser Riding Stables, which also successfully breeds horses, are just 2km away from the RelaxResort Kothmühle.
The Kromoser Family has engaged in warm blood horse breeding for more than 40 years. Since then, more than 120 warm blood foals have been born in their stalls in Lower Austria from first-class brood mares and the very best stallions.
A first-class stud farm
It is a joy to watch the noble animals. Mares and foals and care-free colts graze on the lush horse paddocks next to the stall. The horses enjoy first-class care and constant attention – maybe that's the secret of the Kormoser horses' strong characters.
The foals and colts have lots of possibilities for movement and receive a balanced diet. The colts are taken to the mountain pastures in the summer to strengthen their resistance.
The horses have been successful as breeding, championship and tournament horses.
